Message from the President

Even though its winter, there is no need to hibernate since our club is busy as usual. (And, of course, as this is New England, the weather can change in an instant.)

Planning has begun for the second half of the Club year. We have lots of activities planned from now until the end of June when our Club year comes
to a close.

In March, the Civic Activities Committee will be holding a pajama and book drive. Please see the Civic Activites page for details.

In April, the Couples Committee is planning a fun night out on the town to see Shear Madness. The article on their page has all the highlights of this great event.

In May, we will be hosting our 2nd Annual 10K Road Race. As this event grows and becomes more popular, we are hoping to make this a community/family event. Please see the race page to find out how you can help.

And finally, in June we will hold our 2nd Touch-a- Truck event, and we will be participating in Relay for Life.

As you can see, there's a lot being planned for 2012. We're always looking for volunteers and would love to see new people take advantage of what HNC has to offer.

Hope to see you soon!

Julie
