Message from the President

Dear Newcomers,

I can’t believe it’s already February. The club becomes very quiet during the months of January and February; I think we are just trying to catch our breath from all the fall happenings. I hope you are all taking this time to enjoy your families on these cold winter days and nights.

We will soon be starting the grant process, which is the most rewarding time of year for HNC. I hope that once the snow melts and the birds starting chirping again, we will all get back to our busy schedules, meet at play groups and head out for the Touch-a-Truck event.

I hope the ladies will get out and join the Ladies’ Night Out group for some mosaic fun on February 3 at the Cheryl Cohen Mosaics Art Center. This event did require pre-sign up so I hope you will join in and have fun.

Book Club also will be meeting the third Tuesday of every month to discuss their book of the month. Look for the book club article in this newsletter for further details. I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine’s Day with the ones you love.

With much gratitude,

Danielle Ohman
